Safety is the number one priority at PACM. We are accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme — the highest certification standard for safety in construction, and a mandatory requirement for Commonwealth-funded projects valued at $4m or more. PACM was one of the first Aboriginal construction companies in Australia to achieve it.

Security clearances
PACM has team members holding a range of security clearances including AGSVA Baseline and NV1, PEIC security clearance and Working With Children checks, so information is handled confidentially and securely. Cleared staff can escort uncleared personnel where a project requires it.

Our quality, environmental and safety management systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Certification scope: commercial building construction, project management, mechanical, electrical and process control services.
